Sponsor Introduction & Food

I'm popping in on this Sunday night to introduce a couple new things to you.

I've been thinking for a while about adding sponsors to my blog. I have had google ads for a while, but I really wanted to bring on talented entrepreneurs and businesses that I believe in. My very first sponsor is Sarah from Gallery Wall!

I've been a fan of Sarah's blog for a while now, and I am really excited for her and her new creative venture. She offers modern, handmade watercolors for only $10 each! Genius! Just like the name says, they would be perfect for a gallery wall, or even as a simple stand alone statement piece framed in a thick white mat.

Here are my favorite pieces (each one can be found HERE):

Be sure to visit her Gallery Wall shop!

Also, I recently started a food blog and I went back and fourth about whether or not I should share it here. What if I couldn't keep up with it? But I decided that I should go ahead and share it in case it may be helpful to some, and to help keep me accountable.

I was complaining about my adult acne to a girlfriend, and she asked if I had thought about changing my diet. I've always been a terrible eater and since I drive around so much I got into a habit of eating fast food 2-3 times a week! Ah. Terrible. So I decided it's time to change the way I think about and eat food.

Here is a picture of a really yummy dinner I had tonight:

I'll still be blogging full time here... this new food blog is more of a diary/log. It's called 80% Healthy, feel free to visit it here.

  5. bryn-I've been meaning to tell you that I love your blog.  I frequent it often and fairly comment, so I'll try to be better about that!  I find your blog very honest and inspirational.  I enjoy looking at your projects and I think it's good that you're adding sponsors.  I'm excited to see who you choose.  And yay for you for eating healthier!  So much easier said than done, but blogging about it should help keep it in the front of your mind.

  6. Love the new food blog- I've usually a pretty healthy eater until I'm stressed out and then it's all caffeine, fried food, and cookies, I also suffer from adult acne so I can relate! Can't wait to see how your food changes help!

  7. I'm excited about the food blog! Eating healthy certainly has helped my skin, and so has exercise and drinking more water, but far and away what has helped the most is switching the cleanser and products I use on my face. I got rid of all the harsh chemical filled products that were actually irritating it, and switched to Boscia. It's preservative free, synthetic fragrance free, no dyes, etc. and you can get it at Sephora. I started with this starter kit and then purchased full sizes of the cleanser, toner and treatment. I then also purchased the black mask, t-zone treatment and bb cream. I truly don't think you'll be disappointed.
