Stunningly Styled

Do you blogroll Eddie Ross's blog? If not, you are crazy not to!

I had to share this amazingly styled thrift store find he just blogged about. Salvation Army is my new favorite place for furniture (and yes, the selection here in Lake Forest, CA is just as good as Eddie's New York City stores!)

He found this:

And turned it into this:

All the furniture at my local Salvation Army is less than $300. You can't beat that!

  1. Wow! That is so cute! I'm going to go do some "thrifting" today - I'll definitely have to check out the furniture. Although, I'm wondering what the selection will be like in Oklahoma? Hmmm. We'll see!

  4. I just love his blog.

I too have a mad obsession for Salvation Army and Goodwill. We got the most fabulous wooden dresser for the bedroom that we refinished - all for about $40.

I always feel a tinge of jealousy though about his finds. Our stores do not have all those wonderful pieces... Oh well!

  5. Holy crap balls, Batman! I had NO CLUE you lived in the same city as me. I am now going ot head over to the salvation Army off of Rockfield and do some digging.

My MIL's neighbor moved out and left behind a decrepid record player cabinet. I intend to refurbish it and turn it into a Butler's table over the weekend. Wow! Small world...

  9. I <3 Eddie!!

It's an awesome find, I loved it when I saw it on his blog. Also if your close by lake forest... continue up Rockfield towards El Toro and there's a Goodwill in the Ralph's & Home Good shopping center. I just bought two retro nightstands for $9.99
