New Pillows

I have been eying these pillows for about a year. I knew I loved them but wasn't sure where they could go. Well when I got the new World Market sofa I knew it'd be a perfect place for them!

They are Kevin O'Brien Woodgrain pillows in Slate. I love them! Now they just need some more pillow friends ;)

Would you ever flip flop the sofa with the chairs, just for kicks?

  3. Love the pillows!  It's fun to see this space come together.  I need to take a page from your book and take more time with rooms.  I have a tendency to want to rush a project, then I find myself unhappy in the end, wishing I'd spent more time thinking things through.  Thanks for always inspiring!

It's coming together so nicely! I'd love to know where your wingback chairs are from... I'm dying for a navy wingback!

  7. I admire your patience.  IT has been interesting to watch this room slowly come together--I'm a bit more of a fill the space NOW type.  But your restraint means you end up only with things you love.

  8. I love your style and visit your blog often!  I was wondering also if  you ever thought of moving the sofa to the wall where the chairs are (so you can see those fabulous pillows when you walk in) and the chairs on the other side?

  9. I'm curious about the quality of the couch.  I found one at World Market online and am weary of the cushions.  My hubby has a really bad back and needs cushions that don't flatten too much.  Have you sat on this couch for a long period of time and if so, what did you think?

    Thanks!  Love your blog.

  12. I agree with the sofa under the large art!  Aren;t the pillows woodgrain so would run the other way?

  13. On the subject of couch/chair placement, I kind of like the couch where it is, because it defines the entryway as a separate space.  --Michele

  14. oh i love them :) and after seeing a few of the first comments, I think it might be nice to have the chairs closer to the walkway (more breathing room) but do what you love!
