Evan Rachel Wood is my top pick... it's so rare that someone can pull of a dress that is the same color as their skin; she did it perfectly. I love the nails, too!
And my second pick is Freida Pinto... the dress pays homage to her heritage and I think she won for "most beautiful".
Freida was my favorite! She is so stunning and would look good in anything - but that blue dress was just amazing. Loved it.
