Jennifer saves the day!

WOW. Don't you love bloggers? My girl Jennifer over at The Newlywed Diaries made a comment about the garden stool in my patio design board post. I originally got the image from Target where it was $170 and sold out. I was thinking of DIY-ing one with spray paint, but I emailed Jen to see where she got hers for $30.

TJ Maxx! There is one pretty close to me so I headed out and sure enough, there it was in all it's $30 glory.

And here it is all lonely on our patio:

  1. I'm loving that color! Was it that color to begin with, or did you DIY it?

  2. Yay for you! I am sorta surprised at how expensive they are at Target. I got one at Big Lots for $20. They had a variety of colors too.

I will be @ Furbish on the 20th and can't wait to meet you and Jamie! I moved info my beige apt on Saturday and hopefully I can get some good tips from you two!

  5. I second finding them at Big Lots. It got mine for $20, but it wasn't the color I wanted, so I spraypainted it a high-gloss white and I love it! :o)

  13. I got one for $20 at Big Lots, too. I hate that store, but another blogger posted an alert about them and I made the boyfriend check it out.

Mine is white...I'm thinking of painting it yellow, but the price actually has be hesitating. It was so cheap and there are none left...to I want to paint it and risk not liking it? Oh, the decisions we have to make. :)

  14. So Lucky! Paid quite a bit more from Ballard Designs. Now I'm going to check out TJ Max and his sister, HomeGoods, for these for a client's foyer. Dying to see the colors at Big Lots. Coral perhaps....
