I am really surprised at the great selection of headboards I recently found here. And the prices.... craziness!
I selected this one for my client's bedroom:
Here it is in the board:
Our guest bedroom desperately needs a headboard... I'm thinking this may be the perfect fit:
The guest bedroom needs some serious help. Right now it pretty much just has the necessities.
I want the end result to be a pretty, neutral and relaxing room for which ever set of parents are staying in it!

Wow, those are good prices! If you order from them please do another post and let us know the quality. Beautiful board, by the way.
ReplyDeleteWe actually have one of these in our master bedroom (Nail Button Arc Headboard in Velvet Pewter). The quality of the fabric is great - my only complaint is that the nailheads are strip, as opposed to individual, which gives it a slightly cheaper look (as they go around the arc, they don't curve perfectly). Other than that though, I love it - especially for the price!.
ReplyDeleteThe nailheads on ours are silver and I'm tempted to take some rub-n-buff to them to give them a brassier tone...
I'm surprised you haven't just made a headboard for your guest room. They are so easy to construct.
ReplyDeleteThey also sell this brand through Target & Overstock! I ordered one for a children's bedroom I worked on and was really pleased with the quality, especially for the price.
ReplyDeleteMind me asking what color the dresser paint in your project board is? It's gorgeous!
Oh my goodness. If you made your guest room look like those and I came over to be your guest, you'd have trouble getting me to leave! Sooo pretty.

There's the mirror I love! I absolutely can't wait to see your board for my bedroom. You have the best eye!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing that headboard resource! I had seen some through the sears website that I thought were priced pretty well, but these seem less than sears.
ReplyDeleteAll of those rooms are great, but the BEST thing about being a guest in your home is just being with the two of you!
ReplyDeleteThe bedroom with the leaning mirror is one of my favorites...gorgeous. Great prices on the headboards and love the nailheads!!
ReplyDeleteI have an upholstered bed from Skyline and it is fantastic for the price. I originally wanted the famous "Collette" from C&B but it was out of my price range.
ReplyDeleteIt definitely looks more luxe than the price would indicate.
Oooh, I DO need a new headboard, as it turns out. I'm obsessed with tufted right now, so thanks for the source!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore the lamps you have in your guest bedroom. Where did you get them?
ReplyDeleteOh that is exactly what I want to do for our bedroom! I actually had a couple of those saved as inspiration. We have a solid cherry four post bed though so everything but that will be neutral. My VC rustic iron light came the other day and I'm sooo excited to see it hung in the space! Can't wait to see how your room turns out.
ReplyDeleteBryn, I was wondering if you've had a chance to see the headboard in person? I love the price and was wondering if it looks as great in real life as it looks in photos :)
ReplyDeleteThanks a ton!
PS. I'm thinking of getting the same one you want for your guest bedroom, only in oatmeal.
