Well, one of the peacocks came back to me in form of pictures yesterday in a GORGEOUS all white nursery. Kelly, who also has a great blog, created the room with the help of her husband. When I saw the pics I had to share!
There's the peacock on the shelf!
I love the
Wow, such a cool light switch!!
Great job, Kelly! Thanks for sharing!

Are you sure that's wallpaper? I think it's a stencil. Either way...it's beautiful! The room feels very restfull.
ReplyDeleteI like color for babies and children...the room is pretty, but too grown up.

How beautiful! I don't know if I would ever have the guts to do it but I think it's genius!
ReplyDeleteMary is right, its stencil :) Thanks so much for sharing these pictures! And thank you again for featuring the peacock, I love it!!
ReplyDeleteWow, is that wallpaper or stenciling? I LOVE that nursery. So lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe room is really pretty. With my three kids, I always enjoyed colour in their rooms. I think it is important to design nurseries so that they can transition into toddler years and still appear interesting.

So pretty - what a soothing space for mama and baby!
ReplyDeleteOh I love the all white nursery! It makes me think of a summer home in the hamptons :) It has such a serene feel, just by viewing the pictures-I just love it :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an incredibly boring nursery for a newborn. Babies are supposed to have color in their rooms! Pretty bedroom but not for a baby.
ReplyDeleteOh wow. Just wow. That may be possibly one of the best nurseries I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing that the walls are stenciled! The nursery is gorgeous. I love the peacock statues. How fun that she sent you these pictures! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet room. And the peacock looks perfect.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant and original idea for a nursery. I love the stenciling detais on the walls too - beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBack in the "olden days" when I was a little girl, the button light switches were the only kind we had! And they didn't always work...
ReplyDeleteWhere can i find this amazing nursery shag rug?
