I just love Home Goods, don't you? I've been three times in the last week. I was there yesterday picking up some last minute things for my CA client and had to snap some pictures of some great stuff. [Some of which I was longing for for our new house!]
I've decided in our new garden/backyard I'm going to place little birds all over. Kind of like Where's Waldo? When I get back to Charlotte, I will see if this little guy is in my local store:
The picture doesn't do this linen ottoman justice.
I loved these sherbet colored lamps - look closely, the color of the base is also on the inside of the shade! So perfect for a kid or baby room.
I would gladly take each of these lights below - I love the quirky task light and the shade of gray on the table lamp is perfect.
Awesome chest - two of them would look great on either side of a master bedroom bed.
Great console table, great price.
These were cool... look closely at the bottom. My favorite is the suitcase-like one.
Here is another item I may just need to get at my local Charlotte store. It's just so strikingly cool!
( I had a couple commenters ask how much this is and what size - I'd call it "medium" sized and I think it was $79.99. Don't remember for sure )
I really liked this blue and white china-like bathroom set. Would be great in a guest bathroom.
For my bathroom, however, I was dying to get this acrylic set! The acrylic was so thick and very well made. Could easily be used in an office too.
Charlotte told me she really wants this huge dog bed. ;)
Speaking of Charlotte, I've passed this dog three times and each time I love it more. It looks so much like a light colored Char.
And last but not least, this bright colored elephant would be fun on a bookcase.

ReplyDeleteI actually feel a Home Goods emergency coming on after looking at these pics!
Hi Bryn: Those acrylic pieces are awesome. I might just head to homegoods today to see if my store has any. I tried your nailhead corkboard tutorial and posted the finished result on my blog. Thanks for the tutorial! I loved how it came out.
ReplyDeleteYou have me chomping at the bit to get to my HomeGoods. I have a trip planned there on Saturday with my mama. Can't wait. Thanks for scoping all the great finds out!

HomeGoods is like a crackhouse for decorating! I love that green lamp. And I love the boots:-)
ReplyDeleteOMG! Which HomeGoods was that? I was just at my local one and didn't see that stuff, darn. I NEED the ottoman. I did see those lamps, though, and own one of them ;)
ReplyDeleteHey Bryn! Do you remember how much that awesome mirror cost? Or what size it was? I would love to grab that for my dining room! Our house is a bit of a way out in the country, so I don't want to trek over to Homegoods for no reason :)
ReplyDeleteI love Homegoods and TJMaxx and Marshalls! I actually jumped up and down when I saw they were opening one on the Upper East Side.
ReplyDeleteAlso what kind of dog is Charlotte? She looks like a cavalier(?), which would make sense with her name. I have a ruby cavalier but she is a puppy and hasn't gotten her fluff yet.
Yeah, I'm with Samantha. My friend needs that mirror for her daughter's room...can't make out the price.
ReplyDeletei need that elephant!
ReplyDeleteDarn, my Home Goods totally sucks. I never see anything this cute at my location. Poor me. **pouting**
ReplyDeleteAh,, you're killing me with the Home Goods stuff! We don't have any in Hawaii--just Ross, which really is no comparison. I would loove one of those punchy lamps!
ReplyDeleteooh great finds!! Love the green lamp and the ottoman, everything is fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh that's so funny! We just finished writing up a Window Shopping post about our latest trip to HomeGoods. That store is almost too good. Seriously, it's dangerous.

ReplyDeletei LOVE hg!!! great finds . . . i think i'll have to stop in tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteUp in Canada the equivalent is HomeSense and I've had to stay out of the store or else I'll buy up everything I see.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to scatter owl garden statues in my backyard. Can't wait to paint them some bright colours.
Wimpering over the task lamp. Dare I ask how much it was?
ReplyDeleteThat mirror is also sold at Z Gallerie!!! I knew it looked familiar! I can't believe it was at home goods! I am so jealous... I want it!
