I love the look! Would love to pair my antique dining table with some ghost chairs, but got a big old no from Jon. Maybe I could sneak them in one by one in the hopes that he won't see them!
i love this look... but i've never really been into things that match or are sold in sets. we have eames fiberglass side chairs with our wood table - friends and family doubted me when i was buying the chairs but now i have everyone else convinced that it is the way to go :-)
I agree, I love the look. I love it so much I have a mix of modern chairs and an old farmhouse table in my own kitchen.
ReplyDeletei love the look as well. we have a antique looking potterybarn table paired with the ever so lovely navy emeco chairs, it's a swell look!

ReplyDeletei don't think it will go away. as long as the rest is fresh and new a classic antique table paired with classic modern chairs is here to stay.
ReplyDeleteI really love this look too, contrast is good:)

ReplyDeleteI love the look as well. We just got a farm table made from reclaimed wood and paired it with modern aluminum chairs.
