In a dream

This bag is perfection.



In my daydreams, I picture my 32-year-old self running down the white steps of our front porch to my car with our blond, curly haired child in one hand. My other hand is rummaging through this bag, passed paint swatches and fabric samples and client receipts and Gizmo the sock monkey to find my keys at the bottom of it (Heck... Lexus keys, while we're at it).

A girl can dream, right?

UPDATE: I've had quite a few people ask about this bag - you can click on the words "This bag" up at the top of the post and see the Etsy listing for it! It's sold by seller renneslechateau. It is $190, and made of soft, brown cowhide.

    That's such a sweet dream (and a great bag to go with it).

    Although.... (and, I hate to burst the image).... blonde child, lol? You and Matt have such gorgeous dark hair.

    I used to dream of blonde children until I realized that my hair (dark) combined with my attraction to dark haired men probably makes it impossible, lol.

    haha Jess! The weird thing - both Matt and I were super blond as kids! I actually had no hair until like 3.... so weird!

    Sigh. I love that bag. Once the hubby and I get out of our debt (1 year, hopefully), I will be treating myself to such a bag for all of our hard work and discipline! We'll also be treating ourselves to someone who can paint a 26 ft stairwell...an ikea kitchen...and a new bathroom haha :)A girl can dream!
