Ever since seeing Bling's White Christmas Tree, I can't get it out of my head.
The husband and I agreed not to put up a tree this year (my idea, actually). Last year it seemed more trouble than anything, and most of the time we forgot to put on the lights at night. It sat in a room we never were in, and we are at the in-laws on Christmas Day, so we can enjoy their tree(s) in all their glory.
However, I can't get the white out of my mind. I'm dreaming of a smaller sized white tree with white lights and simple colorful bulbs, just like above. I'd put it right smack in our office window (facing outside) so the neighbors can enjoy it, too.
Maybe if I can find an inexpensive one... if not then we're sticking with no tree.

We are so on the same page today. I've been toying with the idea of a white christmas tree for a couple of weeks. I really want one, but we'll see what my hubby says. I forwared a picture to my sisters and got a big no from both of them, but I think it would look tres chic!
ReplyDeleteWHAT, NO TREE?!? oh my gosh, I cant imagine...maybe because I'm a two year old about Christmas I have to have a tree- I'll have a huge one this year..and maybe I'll have to go bigger and tell myself I'm getting part of it for Bryn. (I dont even know you, but any excuse for a big tree works for me, haha)
ReplyDeleteTry Walmart and maybe a 3-4 foot tree.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea too... but the husband would never have it. I do believe that Target has smaller white ones. They also have a package of very brightly colored ornaments that would be perfecto!
ReplyDeleteWalmart has small white trees (and pink too) for $19!! DO IT!!
ReplyDeleteI was at Michaels tonight and they have 2-3' white trees, cuter than others I've seen out there. Not sure the price though. I think thats a cute idea. I'd do the same if the boyfriend would let me have more than one tree!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely HATE white christmas trees. They look so tacky! And don't even get me started on pink ones...
ReplyDeleteThat being said, even a blasted white tree is better than no Christmas tree at all.
Check Wal-mart! I just saw a great small white tree at ours.
