I never show projects at their midway point because they're not usually very pretty or exciting, but I thought you may like this one. Two words: pink walls.
We're thinking about painting the fireplace black, too. I'm thinking YES!

ReplyDeleteYes! Black would look awesome. And I love how you've used those IKEA tables. They look awesome. Have you seen the $99 Jenny Lind bookcases from Target? That may be another way to add in more spindle-y goodness. Thanks for the progress post!
ReplyDeletePretty, but you have to share: what's the paint color?
ReplyDeleteLOVE!
ReplyDeleteI love to see "halfway" shots because in reality, most of us are decorating a few pieces at time! Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteThe black fireplace will look awesome! I just love the color palette of this room, black, blush, white, and gold are all my favorite colors. I also really like the painting you have above the fireplace!

ReplyDeleteI love 1/2 way point pictures! Keep them coming!
ReplyDeleteOoh ooh! Love this! I cannot wait to see the final pictures!
ReplyDeleteLooking beautiful! Love the color scheme and art. And, I LOVE those sconces...they are like ones in Candace Bushnell's apt. that I have saved away in inspiration. If you could share your source, I'd appreciate it!

Love pink walls! I've always been too scared to try them so I can't wait to see what you do to this space. Any helpful hints for picking the perfect shade of pink that won't look too 'pink'? Looking great!

ReplyDeleteSconces and art work can also be included in above love!
Room as a whole is pretty awesome...and you are not even finished!
