Friday Find

I know what you're probably thinking.... enough with the World Market! And they probably SHOULD be paying me with as much as I post about them (they don't btw).

However, I had to share this one with you. When I saw it, I was shocked at the price. It looks SO much more expensive than it is and it's BEAUTIFUL!

It's currently on sale for $360! Crazy.

I would snatch it up in a second if I had a place to put it..... I think it'd be especially great in a bedroom.

It reminds me of something you'd see in a Kristen Panitch space.

  8. Besides being a wonderful piece, this chaise could be your best friend if you have a little baby.  It is better than a rocker (in my opinion) when you are so, so, tired and feeding a baby.  The low arms provide some support and still leave room to manuever the baby's head, pillows, etc.  The forgiving back means you can lean back and rest and with your legs up maybe even sleep a little bit.  I saw a similarly shaped chaise a long time ago in a design book that had a picture of a full suite of Victorian wicker nursery furniture.  Who knew . . . .

  9. Packing in the kind of technology isabel marant sneaker McQuivey mentions -- things like a touch screen, Webcam, microphones, and the Baskets Isabel Marant guts of an iOS device -- certainly would not come cheap. For a very non-scientific comparison, isabel marant boots Microsoft's second-generation Surface isabel marant online device, which is comprised of a 40-inch TV with a touch screen that's been optically-bonded to a piece of Corning's Gorilla Glass, retails for about. Yes, that's not remotely fair considering it's got some additional high-tech optical sensor technology, Isabel Marant shoes and has a built-in PC running Windows, but you get the point: costs can skyrocket the more you try to cram in there.
