Another Real Estate Stalker Post

I drive by this house here in Charlotte on occasion and after seeing the For Sale sign, I decided to look it up. Of course it's beautiful! And if you love neutrals, you'll especially love this house.

I love this room:

And in case you are curious, it's available for $1.8M.

I've learned that homes built in the 1940's are my all time favorite style of homes. Unfortunately they are either very expensive or very small here in Charlotte. I'm still going to dream of owning one someday, though :)

Oh what a gorgeous home!! It has so many wonderful features.  I could see myself snuggled up on the closed in patio in front of that fireplace or curled up with a good book in the room by the courtyard with the fountain.  It's such a grand house but looks so cozy!

sold! :) the kids rooms are so cute. think it has been published? parts of it seem so familiar, but I can't decide if it's just because it has the current "look."

I'm usually more drawn by color but this home's design and decorating truly make me rethink by preferences.  It is stunning!!  Thank you for sharing this!!!

Love it!!!  I wonder if you can figure out who did the interior design?  Does it scream anyone specific?

Something tells me this home won't be on the market for long! It's very well done.

Just gorgeous! The kitchen was my first favorite room, until I scrolled to the Master bedroom and bathroom and then to what looked like the nursery with the striped walls.
