Wow, I feel like I haven't "updated" you guys in a while! I didn't really intend to, but I sort of checked out in California in exchange for some much needed rest, relaxation and family time.
Right now I'm finishing up some really fun spaces and within the next month or so I will be sharing them with you. But that means right now I'm pretty busy (which is always a blessing!)
Here is a sneak peek.... striped chairs!
And although they look fabulously neutral, they are going in a room full of color.
Have you guys made resolutions? I always do and yes, some of them I don't keep. But here are mine for this year:
- Finish upstairs bathrooms (including much needed tile)
- Yoga 2x a week
- Start painting (as I've mentioned, my grandma and great-grandma were artists I want to keep the tradition going, even if it's just for fun. I think it'd be fun to have three generations worth of art in our home).
- Buy a sofa!!
- Visit DC (I've never been!)
- Get fit/healthy (this always makes the list.. we'll see).
Also, I have this share this with you...
My boss (and good friend) Erin, who owns Isabella, gave me this beautiful watercolor for Christmas!! It's by Jennifer Levine (local artist, I shared her home here on the blog before). I am going to get it framed today (Erin even gifted that to me, too! She's the best!)
It was like it was made for my Nympheus pillow!
What a random post... :)

Is there a place you can buy Jennifer Levine's art? I am obsessed with that watercolor. It is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful watercolor! I second Caitlin's question - is there a place, especially locally, to view and buy Jennifer's art?
ReplyDeleteThat is SUCH a thoughtful gift! I can't wait to see it all framed. I love original art, especially watercolors.
