I've been finding some real gems on Apartment Therapy lately. I've pinned a lot of them but I thought I'd share this one. You may have seen it already but if you're like me you won't mind seeing it again!
I just adore the style and decorating of this home. It is chic but simple. I wouldn't mind moving right in!! (Even though Matt and I happily left So Cal we've always said we wouldn't mind moving back, but only if I was a famous interior decorator and our currently non-existent kids were all grown and we were rich and could afford a home like this in the hills. ha!! I know, it's laughable.)
Yup, I absolutely love every single thing about this home. File it away under my "dream home" file.

Is there a shower in the bathroom (the 6th picture)? It's a gorgeous house
ReplyDeleteI think it takes a ton of talent to decorate a house so simply and have it turn out so beautiful. Definitely some mad editing skills. I loooove the light fixture in the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful home!
ReplyDeleteUnbelievably beautiful. Definitely one to file away for dream house inspiration! I completely agree with Marissa that it's amazing at how simply the house is decorated and styled but it's so stunning at the same time. The back patio area and view is gorgeous. It looks so serene.
ReplyDeleteWow! I really love that kitchen, especially the island. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat dining room is amazing!!! I love the arch and the simplicity!
ReplyDeleteThis is sooo pretty. I love the wooden accents.... I actually just did a post on interior design for a wicker park apartment that I thought you might enjoy... check it out here: http://www.createliveblog.com/2011/12/wicker-park-apartment-re-vamp.html
ReplyDeleteI think we should all buy it and take turns living there. Gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful home. My favorite room is the bathroom with the clawfoot tub. Absolutely gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteSo dreamy!!! Wow. Love the sheepskin on the chairs and the beautiful pink accents. Wow. What a house.
ReplyDeleteThis is pretty. But I have way too much "stuff!"
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I'm obsessed with the dining table and black bookshelves.
ReplyDeletewow. thanks for sharing. what a dreamy house. i like the simple styling too, and those touches of pink are unexpected and pretty.
ReplyDeleteThe house is gorgeous! & I love that kitchen sink.
ReplyDeleteWow, thanks for sharing - this house is amazing. That kitchen!!! I would love to know where the tan sofa and the table, benches and console are from. (i'd also love to see a floor plan...) Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThis little cottage is out-of-this-world perfection. I ESPECIALLY love all of the fixtures -- such good choices and a great way to keep the historic integrity of the home against some of the more modern furniture. Like Jennifer Bonds said though, I tend to keep too much stuff around to have my house ACTUALLY look like this but I do love the intricate simplicity of it if that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteI like this house very much and the bathroom showers and faucets also look awesome.
ReplyDeleteI love it too! Love what they did with the old fireplace. This house is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my all time faves as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous place to call a house! Really, it was awesome. I could spend an hour or five in that bathroom. Really nice place to stay with.
