I really love the special feeling in the air during the month of November. It's the month of thankfulness and I'm glad there is a holiday built around that. Blogs are all about what we want, what we wish we had, a glimpse into other people's lives that always seem more glamorous.
True story- every day I try to take a step back and appreciate all the blessings I have in my life. Usually I do this while driving up to the city.. my CD player is broken and I don't like radio so I often drive in silence.
I know this post is sort of random. I don't want to get into too much detail but yesterday I presented a very large project and now it's a waiting game to see if I get it. This is the hardest part of this business.. getting really attached to a job or project and then finding out it went to someone else. So anyway, that's what brought on this post today.. I'm so blessed and thankful for the jobs and amazing clients I do have and will be happy and thankful with whatever happens!

ReplyDeleteGreat post. I did a similar post today on being thankful. I wish you the best of luck!
ReplyDeleteCrossing my fingers for you!
ReplyDeleteThis is such an important thing to acknowledge. We all get so wrapped up in what we don't have that we forget to just look around us at all the things we do have! It's one of my favorite things about Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteSending good vibes your way, Bryn! Good Luck!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think we all tend to forget how blessed we truly are. I'm just happy to be healthy and have healthy family members as well. Good health is everything, the rest is just details. Wishing you the best!
ReplyDeleteThe waiting game is no fun at all! Good luck to you! Hopefully you get it!
ReplyDeleteBryn-
ReplyDeleteI was driving down Providence in Myers Park and thought of you! I was just thinking how cool it was to read about you leaving your job to follow your dreams and how much you've accomplished in just a short time. I hope you get your job, but I already think you are super talented. Seriously, this blog inspires me so so much. Thanks!
