The Real Deal

Thank you sooo much for all the comments on my post today. Two readers gave me links to two website that look to be the same company.. all the rugs and skews are the same. The sites are:

I found exactly what I have been wanting and for a really great price ($180)! So I bit the bullet and purchased this rug:







I have really wanted a beat up old Persian rug and that is exactly what this is. I'm sure there will be some of you who prefer the brand new rug I posted this morning, but my heart has been set on something old and I'm so happy I didn't settle for the new one because it just felt a bit TOO new for me. For some reason I just really love old, beat up things.

It also came with a free rug pad. Awesome!

I'm crossing my fingers it's perfect for my space (but good news - they accept returns).

    I liked the one from this morning, but I love this one more.  How big is it?  It's beautiful and will look great with your things!

    So glad you didn't settle for something you didn't love!  I love the look of this one!  I have an old worn rug in my entry that was my grandmother's. It's got the same worn look at the edges and a couple of really worn spots just like the one you bought, and I love, love, love it!

    Bryn, I've bought an antique Persian rug from Heritage Unlimited before and could not have been happier with it. Very excited to see it in your home!

    I love it!  I think this rug is going to be something you will have forever while if you had settled on the other rugs you would have probably sold it at a later date for something else.  Go with what you love!!!!

    Love the rug!  You will be so happy that you chose a wool rug, and the best part is that it is broken in for you!  I love the look of old mixed in with the new.  Enjoy your new rug!

    Anywoo- so glad you got the rug of your dreams.  I got a rug from them a few months ago for my kitchen and it came so fast and it was exactly what i wanted- I love that site!

    I have never posted a comment  but have been following your site for a long time. Just had to say  first, love the rug it's perfect ! Glad you didn't go for the new one. Second,  I always bought candles that didn't smell when I burned them .  Thanks to you  I went right out and bought the ones you suggested . Can I say I am in heaven!
    Thank you sooooo much! Really a beautiful smelling house is soooooo nice !  Thank you again for the suggestions.   Lastly, if you could pretty please share the source of  the lamp and pic in your last design board the ones that  are orange based  I would be so grateful. Looking to add some orange to the mix and these items are perfect .  I'm so glad you blog  your  fabulously talented and  really make a difference in peoples lives.
