Lighting is probably my second favorite thing after fabric. So you know I was pretty excited when a blog reader mentioned my urn lamps would be PERFECT for her space and when I offered to sell them she said YES! Because this means... new lighting :)
I've already planning on getting this wavy Robert Abbey lamp for our entry, so that's what will be replacing the urn lamp:
Now I just need to think about what to get to replace the lamp in our family room..
Here are some contenders...
I'll keep you posted ;)

I'm voting for the pb lamp...hmm since their simplicity stands out plus the glass stand make it flexible for any furnitures you choose to be with it.
ReplyDeleteGo with the Furbish lamp!!! I've been in love with it ever since I saw it in an apartment designed by the Cross Design & Decor - Aaand you know you've always got me to buy it from you once you get sick of it ;)
ReplyDeleteBeen a fan of that Robert Abbey lamp for a long time!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the Robert Abbey lamp! Excellent choice.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the glass PB one.
ReplyDeleteI vote for the one from furbish! LOVE IT!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the Robert Abbey lamp - so chic but I am a magpie and will go for anything shiny! I do have one concern about Option 1 for your family room -- it looks like it would collect dust in the crevices that would be a pain to get out after a while. It's one of those random things I think about.....
ReplyDeleteI saw that lamp at Lowe's recently and fell in love! Even better, it's cheap! Great lamps you've featured.
ReplyDeleteI have way too many lamps in my apartment. I end up randomly giving stuff away to family members... but maybe selling is a better idea? I have one similar to the lamp from Furbish. It's a coral lamp from Arteriors Home. I seriously adore it.
ReplyDeleteI just love that pb lamp! Such a classic!
ReplyDeleteI loved those urn lamps too! I so wish we had a Home Goods here.
ReplyDeleteI just purchased 2 of the white glass lamps from Lowe's last week! I love how they resemble milk glass. And when they're turned on at night the light glows through the base. Love all the lamps you've featured here!
ReplyDeleteI've been lusting after that Furbish lamp as well! It's so pretty. I love the touch of texture that it would add to a space.
ReplyDeletePS: Booked my airfare to high point! I will be there from the 2nd to the 5th.
:)
