    Oh boy... can't wait to see the final product. We have popcorn ceilings in our house - yuck! I just don't get the reason why builders do that!

    Yay! Honestly, I'm not sure that there's any other improvement that can take so many years off of a house! I actually wrote about comparing my recently redone kitchen to my neighbor's MLS listing today. His popcorn ceilings stick out like a sore thumb!

    I wish we would've done the same thing you did and gotten rid of the popcorn ceiling before we moved in! Removing it makes such a huge mess!
