Real Estate Stalker - House Beautiful Addition

I'm not going to lie, I love stalking real estate listings in the best neighborhoods of Charlotte. It's so fun getting a little peek into beautiful, old (and very large) homes.

Well I recently clicked on a listing and was like WOAH! I recognize that kitchen!

I'm sure you do, too....

It's really fun seeing other pictures from a home that's in House Beautiful. Here are some more pictures...

This home was designed by Lindsey Coral Harper. She's an interior designer based out of NYC. She actually came into Isabella a couple of times and was really sweet. I'm glad she got the front page of House Beautiful!

I'm not posting the real estate link because if it were me, I wouldn't want my address posted on a random blog. But since the home's pictures were published in a national magainze, I figured they are fair game ;)

Yay for Charlotte being represented in my favorite design mag, woot woot!

EDIT: There were some comments asking about the price... The price of the home is currently $1,875,000.

Baby Girl Nursery - 2 Ways

I recently worked on a baby girl nursery design board and it underwent a couple revisions. I thought it would be fun for you to see a somewhat similar nursery done two ways!

I love supporting other bloggers/designers in my designs. The boards above feature furniture O'verlays and Caitlin Wilson Textiles pillows!

Round Skirted Tables

I really love a good round skirted table. Have I blogged about this before? Maybe.. Anyway it seems as though some people feel they are a bit old fashioned, but it's something that will never go out of style. And they have such versatility when it comes to styling!

Here are some really good ones :)

I'm sure you know this already, but Ballard has some good (and inexpensive) options:

For the most part, they are pretty budget friendly. Unless you have your heart set on a pricey fabric. A 30" table takes around 5.5 yards (and that's just for a solid).

Here is a skirted table I recently did (sorry for the poor photo quality):

This nook was somewhat awkward and we had to have something to display my client's awesome original sculpture of her husband when he was younger! It is so, so cool.

I am finishing up this project and then having it photographed soon!
