Entry Design

An entry is the first thing people see when they walk into your home; I think it is one of the most important spaces to design! (Maybe that's why our entry has been "done", but many other spaces of our home are neglected.)

I recently completed this entry design for a client:

And speaking of entry design, I l-o-v-e this entry recently posted on everything LEB:

I love the rustic table with the glam mirror.

Charcoal & Sand

After recently playing around with some fabric memos, I landed on a color combo of charcoal + sand. So earthy, soft, neutral..

So ugly, but sooo comfortable

The other day I went to Sleepy Poet and found a pair of these chairs.

HIDEOUS! It's like bad 90's hotel art in form of a chair. But I've been wanting a chair like this for so long, and man it was so comfortable. It's not in the cards right now (there will always be more chairs in life, sometimes you must say no). But I can't help but brainstorm the potential...

I've shown this picture before and I love the idea of a graphic modern fabric on such a classic shape:

Okay I just noticed this crazy coincidence... the lamp behind the chair is almost identical to the one in the Domino picture... wow!!

Back to my brainstorming.. here are some fabrics I think would be awesome on this chair (in order of least expensive to most expensive).
