You may have noticed my sidebars... I got the idea from the Hyper Homemaker to give you a glimpse into my life by adding my cleaning schedule, to-do list and even.... daily meal plans! I do it mainly to remind myself of things I need to do and to eat healthy, but I hope you find it useful too :)
Today I just added my daily meal plans... Eat Like Me is one of my favorite blogs, and I find it so interesting to see what someone else eats everyday. I've been following the blog religiously since the beginning of August and have slowly but surely developed my diet around it (the author is a registered dietitian). I am looking to lose weight, but most importantly to become healthy and to eat fruits and veggies everyday (something I never did before). You will see however, I do love to splurge on the weekends :)
So check it out, I will be changing it and updating it everyday.
