Simplicity

I post so many things from apartmenttherapy.com, I'm starting to feel guilty. But I just had to share this farmhouse that defines the word "simplicity." I try to live by the "less is more" rule in my decorating, it's nice to see I'm not alone!

I'm playing around in my head something like this for our 2nd guest room.... I'd love to paint it white during this long weekend. I feel like at least ONE room in our home should be white.... it is my favorite 'color' after all.

I yanked this from apartmenttherapy.com.... aren't these glass and wood vases just perfect? And even better - the price is right; they are from Ikea!


I remember reading they are only $9... if I got them I would probably just leave them out as is.


I also love this dress from Forever 21... it's so perfectly 80's/90's that I love it. And it's only $20!
