Keeps the frizzies at bay. Also, the John Frieda products at Target do a pretty good job, especially the hair serum. And I've had good luck with the Matrix shampoo/conditioner, although I'm going to try Ouidad next based on a friend's recommendation. Good luck!!<br><br>Oh and also I bought a $35 ceramic flat iron at Sally Beauty Supply and I swear it's *almost* as good as a CHI. I have to wash it every day. I always keep a can of Batista Dry Shampoo on hand, for those days when I oversleep and don't have time for a shower or on Saturdays when I'm just going to the grocery store. It's good but it's not a miracle worker. Your hair doesn't feel just right with it and if you have dark hair it does leave a haze because it's white/gray powder. But the haze isn't all that noticeable unless you're looking for it. I have tube of dry shampoo that has what looks like a makeup brush on one end and it's for dark hair but it does leave dark powder marks on my skin and it takes a while to apply. <br><br>I would buy a can of dry shampoo if I were you. It has lasted me now 3 years and still as good as the day I bought it! I questioned whether the price was worth it (~$90), but it's been one of the best beauty product investments I've ever made! OH, and it's a 2-in-1... will do an amazing job straightening your curly hair, but can also be used to put beautiful large curls/waves in your 'do.
