My Happy Little Corner

I've always imagined a round skirted table in this corner of our family room, so it makes me especially happy when I see one there* :)

I had the table skirt made by my seamstress out of this $9 linen fabric in Silver. I owe this source to Jenny @ Little Green Notebook. What an amazing source for inexpensive fabric!

I purchased the faux coral lamp at Home Goods! It was one of my all time favorite finds. It's so sculptural and I love that it reminds me of our years in California without being too beach-y themed.

The bowl was in our entry but I love the color of it on this table. The little glass pineapple was found at Salvation Army a while ago. The candle is from my all time favorite candle line, Lafco's House & Home collection. That deserves it's own post. The artwork is by local artist Jennifer Levine.

I eventually want to get an orchid for this little corner but maybe I shouldn't... I would probably kill it!

*I still need to steam out the wrinkles and also patch/paint trim. It's pretty obvious in the first photo, sorry!

  22. I'm a bit obsessed with coral (the object, not the color, although it's great too!).  So obsessed that I have to hold myself back.  Love that little lamp!
