Real Estate Stalker - House Beautiful Addition

I'm not going to lie, I love stalking real estate listings in the best neighborhoods of Charlotte. It's so fun getting a little peek into beautiful, old (and very large) homes.

Well I recently clicked on a listing and was like WOAH! I recognize that kitchen!

I'm sure you do, too....

It's really fun seeing other pictures from a home that's in House Beautiful. Here are some more pictures...

This home was designed by Lindsey Coral Harper. She's an interior designer based out of NYC. She actually came into Isabella a couple of times and was really sweet. I'm glad she got the front page of House Beautiful!

I'm not posting the real estate link because if it were me, I wouldn't want my address posted on a random blog. But since the home's pictures were published in a national magainze, I figured they are fair game ;)

Yay for Charlotte being represented in my favorite design mag, woot woot!

EDIT: There were some comments asking about the price... The price of the home is currently $1,875,000.

I definitely remember that kitchen! I love this most recent House Beautiful issue! I got the magazine subscription for Christmas, and I get so excited when it arrives in the mail! Now I just need to win the lottery and the house is mine!  :)

I love this home ever since I saw it in House Beautiful. It is awesome to see pictures of the rest of the home. I really love the headboard in the kids room!

This house is beautiful but of course looked much better in the magazine with all of the pretty flowers, styling and the photography.  Love the painted kitchen floors.

That house was my favorite thing about this month's issue. It is so great to see the rest! I love all the colors, especially that green headboard on the day bed and all the roman shades.

Ahhh thanks for posting this.  I loved seeing it in HB and this makes me wish they'd posted more of the house.  I absolutely love LCH as well!  Now I am going to try to stalk and find the listing too, I have a feeling the Charlotte price will make this New Yorker quite envious ;)

HA!  That bright citron table gives it away instantly!  What great publicity for them, too, having their house in HB.

I do recognize this house! How funny! The wall treatment in the red and blue bath is awesome, crazy... but awesome!

Wow, recognized the pictures right away!  I can't believe they are selling after putting so much time and energy into the decor then having it on the cover of House Beautiful. Guess when you have the millions it is not a big deal!  Also, love the powder room Zebras wallpaper is my favorite.

The pictures of interior designs posted in this blog is really beautiful and I really have to appreciate you for sharing these pictures with everyone. Nowadays people like to buy houses with good neat interior designs like this one. Apart from a good interior design, it is good to have good pictures of the house, so that the buyers will feel like a home as soon as they check on the pictures either in the internet or magazine.

I'm itching to know which neighborhood it's in...that price does narrow it down a bit.  so glad to see the rest of the house - great kids room!
