Even though the weather is still in the 80's, I'm officially calling summer over. Mainly because I cannot wait to move on to fall... my FAVORITE season ever :)
I was reminiscing about summer and what better way to do so than to go through iPhone pictures. Here are some bits and pieces of my summer:
I kicked off the summer with a great trip to Blogfest in May (and won these chairs and lamp!!)
People watching at a NASCAR race.. beer bellies + hairy backs + a bright blue band-aid = entertainment.
My husband smokes the best ribs. Period.
Lots of work at the shop!
Lots of pool time before the heat got unbearable.
An AMAZING trip to Colorado in July. This was by far my favorite part of the summer.
More grilling done by my husband, he's the best. Charlotte is manning the station.
And more work.. this is how I remember what I need to pick up in the self-serve area of IKEA.
This may or may not interest you, but I put together this video for our friends who got married in Colorado. As I mentioned it was my FAVORITE part of the summer and we have so many great memories from the trip. And the wedding was absolutely beautiful.. I cried and I am so not a crier!
Bye bye summer, bring on Fall!!!!!
What a fun summer!! We've just had our first few hot days here in San Francisco so I like to think summer has just begun. :)
