This is about exactly the same size as the linen closet in our guest bathroom. I would LOVE for it to look something like this... someday!
Great idea for managing pot lids. This would be perfect for under our kitchen island!!

in that my office is finally finished (as in walls, doors, paint, etc)
i have to start figuring out where everything is going to go,
yet not feel so overwhelmed with all the "office stuff".

I love posts on organization! And don't worry... every room in my house (upstairs looks like that). It will be nice when we can move downstairs. Only a few more weeks!!!
That hanging canvas sweater storage is a really great idea for fabric samples! I'm hoping to get my office under control soon too. It's a never ending battle!

That could be my office right now! I think if you are a creative person, at some point there are going to be things flung all over and piles of stuff everywhere. Ah, but the dream of perfect organization and order is always there. I want that linen closet too!
Don't feel bad...mine looks just about the same. Look at it this way, messy is a lot more acceptable than filthy. Organized chaos.
I especially love the candy corn in the junk drawer. Sometimes you just need a pick me up!

Mine is ALMOST as bad right now, but my office is now in the living room, so it's a good deterrent for not taking over the room with my piles! Love the lucite organizers!
There is always a hot mess somewhere in my house! That lid holder is brilliant. I think I need to run out and find one. I despise pot lids. :)
