I've already started making a list of fall fashion items I need for my closet. Nothing too crazy, but staples that will help round out my wardrobe.

As I get older I've started to understand my style and I've been trying to only go for pieces that fit it. In the past I went the trendy route but ended up feeling stupid in certain clothes. Putting together fabrics and textures for home comes naturally to me but I'm not going to lie - I really struggle with my clothes. What I've learned works for me clothing-wise is classic, simple pieces. Examples via my Pinterest:

I feel the same way about putting a home together verses my wardrobe...I'm loving the classic pieces you have selected. I'm hoping to get a great pair of riding boots this season. Something without a heel that will look great with skinny pants. Mostly I'm just ready for the weather change! :)

i've had black skinnies for a while now and i wear them ALL. THE .TIME! they are definitely a go -to piece :) and that last outfit picture is amazing...i loveeeee it!
