Mini Before & After

I have a mini before and after for you guys today from one of my e-decorating clients.

Lisa emailed me asking to help her find a new rug for her living room.

Here is the before:



Then she found this AMAZING chair from Craigslist (with perfect peacock blue upholstery). Lucky girl!



Here are the options I sent her:



She had asked for a neutral but interesting rug for the space. I picked out mostly neutral rugs, but I had to throw in the peacock. And I have to admit - it was my favorite :)

I'm so glad she went with it! Here is the after:

    The room was beyond fine, but you made it even better! I would NEVER think to buy that rug, but it's beautiful in use! You're amazing!!

    outloud (as my 14 mo cocks her head like 'you are crazy lady') I said 'oh, choose the peacock feather rug.' And she did!! Its the small things in the morning that make me happy, lol. Looks gorgeous! That chair is a find. What a color pop! xoxo Shelli

    THat was my pick before I even scrolled down! What great choices to have sent her...you've got great style! Loving that blue chair she found...I swear Craigslist is my bff :D

    As I was reading I was thinking peacock for sure! Then I scrolled down and saw it there - love it! It pulls the room together and looks fabulous with that chair. Why is it that I only find ratty old crap on craigslist?! NOT FAIR! :-)
