We're doing it. We're putting in an offer. We started looking earlier than we originally planned for a number of different reasons. You're probably curious as to why:
+ We lowered the price range of what we were looking at to make sure we lived comfortably, which allowed us to buy sooner (smaller down payment).
+ My tiny built in desk is becoming tinier and tinier. I need space for swatches, binders, crap.
+ The house we found is an amazing investment. Great location, great schools, great price.
+ We feel ready.
Anyway, I'll keep you updated with how the offer goes. Who really knows what will happen!
