    I'm actually wearing black shorts from express similar to the gray shorts you like and I've never considered wearing them with tights. I must try it. Thanks for the idea. :)

    I love Forever 21! All of your pick are so cute but look very comfy at the same time. I have a pair of shorts with a bow like the ones you posted but have trouble wearing them with the bow because I like my shirts so long. So cute though (even without the bow)!
