<3 to you.. and some options

Seriously, I love love loved all the feedback I got back from everyone about our living room. It's so great to hear all the different options I could have!

Unfortunately a few of the ideas are impossible, such as painting the fireplace (we rent from the in-laws and the fireplace is actually concrete) and buy certain rugs (too expensive).

I did find a rug that I think could work.... these indoor/outdoor beauties from Ballard:





The price is right at just $189 for an 8x10.

See the pretty light blue? I think it'd match well to my console table color. I also am loving the black one. Not to mention, they would hold up to Charlotte's not-so-nice way of marking her territory.

The Ivory Jute I've been eying (lightest on in the picture):

    I love the idea of an indoor/outdoor rug... they are so versatile. I would go with that in a heartbeat, they have such an organic feel

    The blue one is great. I like how it will pick up the blue in your console table and be easy to clean. I like it so much I'm trying to figure out if there's anyway I can use it in our living room :-)

    You and Blue and Do all rhyme. Please, you, do the blue! You canNOT beat that price for that size, and I bet that it will look just right in your living room. I might also have to get one for under my dining room table. Thanks for the tip!

    I had seen the blue (spa) recently, and thought it might be great for my master bathroom. Which color do you think is more accurate, the one that you posted on your blog or the one where it shows it invidually? they are very diffent! one looks much darker than the other!

    I've been on a rug bender these days too... Almost every room in my house needs one, so I've been looking for bargains, bargains, bargains. Anyways...definitely check out ebay before buying retail. I got a GORGEOUS 8x10 for a steal (with free shipping!) the other day. There's a pic on the blog post too.

    Love those indoor outdoor. I love them all. At that price you could have more than one and change them seasonally. I vote blue or black is chic.
